Freezer Smoker I'm Converting A Freezer Into A Smoker And I Need To Wire In A Thermostat To Control The 1000 Watt Burner?

I'm converting a freezer into a smoker and I need to wire in a thermostat to control the 1000 watt burner? - freezer smoker

Most people tell me to pick up old oven thermometer, but thermometers are manufactured in 220 and of course my heater is 110V. How do I connect two compatible? I also need a heating range from 90 degrees to 200 degrees in the oven thermostat is capable of up to a temperature become so low, fair?

If the thermostat is purely mechanical (and clicks) without tension, which works well for 110v. I have a propane torch to thermostats to pay attention only to consider not about the heat during the tests.
