Oil Dipping Dishes Los Ranchos Steak Dish With Olive Oil Dressing/Dipping Sauce?

Los Ranchos steak dish with Olive Oil Dressing/Dipping Sauce? - oil dipping dishes

I had the best dressing marinade / sauce every time if I go to Los Ranchos Steakhouse in Miami. I had the surf and turf. It just seemed, olive oil seasoning, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. If anyone knows what I need for this, please share!

Sounds like it could be a chimichurri, or have been a variant of it. A large number of recipes floating around the web, search for Argentina and chimichurri.

Here is a version I like:

Brian Chimichurri

8 large or 12 medium cloves garlic, peeled
1 / 2 cup chicken broth
1 / lemon Cup 4
Vinegar 1 / 4 cup red wine
1 / 2 cup * good * Evoo
1 cup cilantro
3 cups parsley

Use a food processor, folks. Start with the garlic, go at a time, but do not expect more than one or two seconds. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Evoo, coriander and parsley. Process for about 30-45 seconds. Should be all the coriander and parsley.

Eat healthy!
