Creatine monohydrate and whey protein as a pre and post workout shake? - pre workout shake

, So I mix creatine monohydrate (2.5 g) and whey protein (1scoop) in the milk (2%), and shake a pre-and post-workout. Is that correct? Will ruin the effect of creatine? Or I can be something like sugar or honey to add to increase the uptake of creatine in my system?

This should certainly okay to eat a good meal with the shake after workouts ....

Have sugar for creatine, but the milk is in it. To destroy proteins in the habit of the creatine.
